Janette Rogers, Owner and Operator

My name is Janette Rogers-Everett and I am proud to be the owner of Tiny Tots Family Learning Home. I was born and raised in Columbus, Ms. and moved to Georgia in 1996. I opened my doors in January of 2006 and received my CDA (Child Development Associate) in 2011. This will be my fifteenth year in the Early Childcare and Education field. I have a true passion for working with our young learners! Helping each child progress in all areas of their developmental stages. Cognitive, social, communication, language & literacy, as well as motor skills. I strive to create a community of learners that nurtures their growth in a positive fun environment.

Personally, I have been married to my wonderful husband for 17 fantastic years and we have one beautiful daughter who is 17 years old. I also have a bonus daughter and son who have given us four grandsons and 2 granddaughters with the youngest being 3 years of age. We love to watch our daughter cheer for her high school. She has done competition dance in tap, ballet, and jazz for the last 13 years. My husband and I are both BIG Dallas Cowboy fans and his mancave is all about Dallas. I enjoy shopping, cooking and baking, relaxing on a beach, and spending time with family and friends. I look forward to caring , providing, and working together with you as partners in your child’s growth and development. You know you’ve found somewhere special when your child doesn’t want to leave at pick up because she’s having such a great time. My 14 month is already advanced in her speech, something I credit directly to Ms. Janette, and I know her skills will only continue to grow under her care. She cares for and loves her kids like her own. You don’t have the traditional “parent guilt” of leaving your little ones because you can be certain they are in phenomenal care. Ms. Janette is amazing!! If you’re nervous to leave your children at daycare because nobody can possibly attend to them as you do, she will make you feel completely at ease and treat your child like her very own. She is incredibly caring, professional, personal, organized, and respectful. And when it comes to any form of communication, she always listens to me and shares her knowledge and expertise.  She has taken great care of both my babies – 7-month-old and 2.5 years old. My son enjoys her big smile and my daughter loves painting nails with her. They are both very comfortable and loved all day. Her In-home center is beautiful, and the set-up is for the children to learn and enjoy the space. It has been a wonderful experience and gives her 5 stars across the board to Tiny Tots! I would highly recommend Ms. Janette’s daycare services.  We’re moving over an hour away and I’m struggling to find anything close to this center’s level of love and compassion.

I have known Janette for about 15 years. I was a teacher at a local elementary school and her daughter attended my school. My daughter attended Tiny Tots Childcare since she was a few months old. Janette took care of my daughter like she was one of her own. My daughter never cried when being dropped off, but she was always sad to leave! Janette combined academics and social learning with fun. By 12 months old, my daughter knew her letters and was fully potty trained. By the time my daughter finished preschool with Janette she was already reading. I know Tiny Tots was the reason for my daughter’s success. As a middle school student, my daughter’s in all advance classes and still talks about Janette. We go and visit and Janette supports us in and out of school. Tiny Tots set the standards high and went above & beyond the typical in home childcare. I’d highly recommend her care.

Major has been attending Tiny Tots since he was 8 weeks old. The first day he attended daycare, Mrs. Janette made sure to make me feel included by sending pictures throughout the day. My son has progressed so much since being at her daycare. Before he was one years old, he knew his ABC’s A-E. He is also learning mannerism, like cleaning up after his self and saying thank you. I have never had any doubts about this home care facility. I know that when I drop Major off he will be taken care of and treated like family. My child has never been sick throughout his one year old life and that goes to show that the cleanliness at this daycare is stellar! I wouldn’t choose another daycare facility for my Major to go to.

I want to talk about Tiny Tots Childcare and the impact that it left on my child till today. My child attended Tiny Tots between 2014 to 2016. In that time period I watched her develop in social, math, reading, and life skills, I was so impressed by the time and commitment Janette Rogers took with every child, it’s like she is a child whisperer. She got my child to do things that I couldn’t do. Most of the times when the child is in the parents care they look at it as play time. She clearly knew the difference when she enter Tiny Tot’s doors because she became focused and eager to learn. I think anyone’s child who enters Tiny Tots will greatly benefit from being there. This is not just a childcare or school, but it’s where you send your child to get the Intro to Life Lessons, to get that solid foundation, and to get a jump start on your child’s education. I notice the transition to elementary school was smooth as butter as she had been groomed for it. Janette Rogers is a true professional and loves the kids and truly cares about their future. To this day, she still goes to the school to check on my daughter when she gets out of line or check on her grades and the last time my daughter was there was 2020…..need I say more!

I found Mrs. Janette through a neighborhood app through the grace of God. I was stressing looking for a good daycare for my three month old and my six year old. Soon as I talked to her I felt at ease. I met her the next day and instantly fell in love with her. Her presence alone gave me a peaceful feeling. I went to work every day knowing my kids were in good hands. She makes you feel like family and genuinely cares about kids and people in general. She has a heart of gold and that’s something you need these days. I only left Mrs. Janette’s childcare home because we moved. She is a GEM and family forever to me and my girl’s.

My mission is to provide high quality early education to young children. I aim to support and educate the whole child while collaboratively working with families to promote growth and diversity. As a family child care provider, my goal is to foster an environment for each child that will stimulate their physical, intellectual, social, behavioral skills, and emotional growth at their own pace. This builds self-esteem and respect for themselves and others with principles and guidelines. We look forward to a great pathway of learning with you and your child. About our program

Here at Tiny Tots Family Learning Home we are a fun loving school in a home setting. We’re dedicating ourselves to fostering an atmosphere where all children feel loved, encouraged to be creative, excited about learning, and given support to grow to their fullest potential in and out of school.
